I'll be away...

Japan/Tokyo/ Uéno Garden Path under the Blossom

Cherry Blossoms gives me so much inspiration in my life and I can't help but feel extremely happy every time I'm surrounded by them. Having the petals falling on my face is like a cure for my wrinkles!! LOL...all my worries just melts away and in that short moment I'm in total bliss. It's also a reminder of how amazing nature is and to me, how much more beautiful the world is when filled with cherry blossoms...What more can I say but "I LOVE CHERRY BLOSSOMS!!!" :D

In the next two weeks, I'll be taking a little break and will be traveling to Japan, in hope of seeing the cherry blossoms. Seeing the cherry blossoms in full bloom can be quite a challenge if your not living in Japan unless you're prepared for a longer stay or are prepared to drop every thing in short notice and catch the last minute flight out as soon as you hear they are in full bloom.

A couple of my friends are also going on a Japan cherry blossom trip. They started planning a month ago and had trouble booking their accommodation as all the twin share/double rooms were fully booked! They have been to Japan many many times and have yet to see the cherry blossoms but this time, they're pretty determined. They've been checking Japan's weather forecast daily and told me just last week that it is snowing!!! :O

In the past 5 years, DH and I has visited Japan three times during late March and early April, hoping we'll see the blossoms in full bloom but each time, we just miss it! I'm very thankful and am happy to have had the 'Sakura mini' experience but I'm very much hoping the weather in Tokyo will warm up so that I'll be able to have this wonderful experience with my DH! Fingers crossed please!!!!

I'll be away from the 3rd of April till the 12th of April. During this time, I will also be shopping for gorgeous Japanese fabrics, cutesy accessories and buttons.

I'll be processing orders right up until the 2nd of April. Any orders with payment after the 2nd of April will be processed upon my return on the 13th of April. I will be taking my laptop with me and will try to log in as often as possible however, there may be limited internet access so please pardon me if I don't reply to your emails promptly. If that should happen, I will log on and check my mail as soon as I return home.

oh yes! Don't worry Walter, mummy will bring back lots of treats for you and Benny! :D
